Operation Manager

🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operation Manager who will handle daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to manage team performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure work is completed on time

• Handle team coordination and task allocation

• Monitor employee performance and productivity

• Improve process efficiency and workflow

• Coordinate with different departments (HR, Sales, Tech, etc.)

• Prepare daily and weekly reports

• Solve operational issues and take quick decisions

• Maintain discipline and proper communication in the team

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
