Operation Executive – Personal Loan

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Personal Loan operations. The candidate should be familiar with bank policies, loan processing workflows, and portal handling across multiple banks/NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Personal Loan operations process
• Manage loan file login across different bank/NBFC portals
• Verify and process customer documentation as per bank policies
• Check and analyze CIBIL scores for loan eligibility
• Coordinate with sales team and banks for smooth processing
• Ensure timely disbursal and proper documentation compliance
• Maintain records and track application status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Personal Loan Operations
• Good knowledge of bank policies and loan procedures
• Hands-on experience with multiple bank login portals
• Strong understanding of CIBIL score checking and basic credit analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases
