Raigad Steel Roll Forms (RSRF) is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President – Technical to lead the company's technical, engineering, design, fabrication, and project execution functions for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical strategy and engineering operations of the organization.
• Oversee PEB design, detailing, fabrication, production, and project execution activities.
• Drive innovation, productivity, and operational excellence across all technical departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, engineering codes, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve structural designs, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development, production, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, material utilization, and project costs.
• Mentor and develop engineering, design, and technical teams.
• Support management in strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

• 15+ Years of experience in the PEB and Structural Steel Industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Technical Head, General Manager, AVP, VP, or equivalent.
