The Raigad Group is seeking an experienced and responsible Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in petrol pump operations and be capable of managing sales, staff, inventory, customer service, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the petrol pump efficiently.
• Supervise fuel sales, cash handling, and billing activities.
• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Lead and manage pump attendants and operational staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.
• Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and operational MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and management for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional certifications related to retail fuel operations will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3–8 Years of experience in Petrol Pump / Fuel Station Operations.
• Petrol Pump Management experience is mandatory.
