Raigad Steel Roll Forms is looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead our PEB and Structural Steel operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Design, Fabrication, and Project Execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical department for PEB and structural steel projects.
Review and approve PEB designs, fabrication drawings, and structural calculations.
Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project execution teams.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
Optimize fabrication and production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technical and production functions.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

10–15+ Years of experience in the PEB and Structural Steel Industry.
Proven experience in technical leadership and project management.
