📍 Location: Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra

Raigad Steel Roll Forms (RSRF) is looking for a skilled H-Beam PTW Saw Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating H-Beam processing and saw cutting machines in the PEB or structural steel fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate H-Beam PTW Saw Machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform accurate cutting of H-Beams, I-Beams, channels, and structural steel sections as per drawings.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings and cutting schedules.
• Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and operation.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize productivity.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant machine operation experience preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 Years of experience as an H-Beam Saw Machine Operator.
• Experience in PEB, Structural Steel Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering Industry will be preferred.

✅ Candidates from Murbad, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Shahapur, Ambernath, Badlapur, and nearby locations will be preferred
