Operations Executive (Movers N Packers vertical)

Key Responsibilities :   

1) Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers post-booking 

2) Introduce yourself to customers and guide them through the movement of goods 

3) Coordinate end-to-end operations between vendors, warehouse teams, and customers 

4) Follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collections 

5) Onboard and manage Movers & Packers vendors, ensuring service quality and timely execution 

6) Liaise with vendors to schedule pickups/deliveries and resolve operational issues 

7) Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and WMS tools

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive with hands-on experience in 3PL, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce. The role requires operational excellence, ensuring smooth client onboarding and efficient fulfillment operations. 

Mandatory Skills & Requirements: 

- Minimum 2 year of experience in E-commerce. quick commerce or 3 PL logistics. 

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and WMS knowledge 

- Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset 

- Good Communication skills
