Job Summary

Raigad Steel Roll Forms is looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel Projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical operations, coordinating with design and production teams, reviewing drawings, and ensuring smooth execution of PEB projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve PEB design drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project execution teams.
• Prepare and verify BOMs (Bill of Materials) and material requirements.
• Provide technical support for fabrication, erection, and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues related to fabrication, welding, and structural components.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of PEB Structures and Structural Steel Fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret GA Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Fabrication Drawings.
• Experience in BOM preparation and material estimation.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, erection, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural engineering drawings.
• Understanding of industry standards and manufacturing practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.

Experience

• 8–15 Years of experience in PEB, Structural Steel, or Heavy Fabrication Industry.
