Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage IT recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for IT roles and coordinating HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as Developers, QA, Support, Analysts, etc.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews
* Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
Onboarding & HR Operations
* Manage onboarding and induction of new hires
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
* Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
* Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Employee Engagement & Coordination
* Act as the first point of
contact for employee queries
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Assist in grievance handling and employee relations
Performance & Compliance Support
* Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification
* 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR Executive role
* Good understanding of IT roles and hiring processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
* Experience with ATS / HRMS tools
* Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
