Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies and operations
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including:
PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity
Shops & Establishment Act
Bonus, Minimum Wages, and Leave regulations
Coordinate with payroll vendors and consultants for statutory filings and returns
Manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Ensure timely remittances, filings, and statutory reporting
