HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive with 6 months to 3 year of experience who is eager to grow their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. Candidates with practical experience in HR or Recruitment will be preferred.Detailed Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate the onboarding process, including document collection and joining formalities. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations activities. Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR-related data. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes. Requirements & Qualifications 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices. Understanding of social media and digital marketing concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
