Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end internal recruitment while supporting customer service and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a people-centric approach to effectively handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
