The incumbent will assist in recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records. They will ensure timely communication with candidates and support the hiring process to meet organizational manpower requirements.
The role also involves managing employee onboarding and HR documentation. This includes preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and collecting and verifying employee documents. The HR Executive will ensure that all employee records are properly maintained and updated in compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
Managing attendance, leave records, and employee data is a key responsibility. The HR Executive will monitor attendance systems, track leave applications, update HR databases, and generate reports as required. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely record maintenance are essential aspects of this function.
The position requires coordination with the payroll team to support payroll processing and HR operations. This includes validating attendance and leave data, addressing payroll-related queries, and assisting in ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
Handling employee queries and engagement activities forms an important part of the role. The HR Executive will act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and payroll matters. They will also assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
