Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and management on all HR-related matters.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Onboarding & Induction Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners including documentation, orientation programs, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure a positive first-day experience.
Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns. Support conflict resolution and foster a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Handle letters of appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Attendance Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Manage attendance, leave records, and related reports.
Performance Management Support the implementation of performance appraisal cycles, track completion, and assist managers and employees through the process.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies. Assist in audits and maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Training & Development Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and maintain training records.
HR Metrics & Reporting Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring status, and other key metrics.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
