HR Recruiter (Healthcare)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter specializing in Doctors Hiring to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding doctors across various specialties (MBBS, MD/MS, DM/MCh, Consultants, Surgeons, Physicians, etc.) for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Doctors and Medical Specialists for multiple hospital departments.

• Understand client requirements for roles such as Consultants, Resident Doctors, Medical Officers, Surgeons, Physicians, etc.

• Conduct initial screening of candidates regarding experience, qualifications, certifications, and salary expectations.

• Coordinate interviews with hospital management, HODs, and senior medical panels.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent openings and future manpower planning.

• Negotiate salaries, joining dates and ensure smooth offer roll-out.

• Assist in credential verification, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.

• Build strong relationships with doctors, medical colleges, residency programs, and industry networks.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly reports.

  Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 1–3 years of healthcare/medical recruitment experience (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of medical job roles and doctor specializations.

  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure for urgent and bulk doctor hiring.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and healthcare staffing norms.

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA not mandatory).

  • Background in healthcare recruitment is essential.
