We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned job roles
Understand job requirements in coordination with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Maintain employer branding across recruitment platforms
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Experience hiring for multiple domains (Sales, Operations, IT, etc.)
Familiarity with bulk hiring processes
Strong networking abilities
