We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and field hiring channels; conducting initial screening and interview coordination; maintaining candidate pipelines; ensuring strong follow-ups for offer roll-out and joining; and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good stakeholder management ability, data tracking discipline (MIS, TAT, offer-to-join ratio), and hands-on experience with recruitment platforms. The focus of this role is to ensure quality closures within defined timelines while improving joining ratios and candidate experience.
