We’re Hiring: Recruitment Executive – International Hiring
📍 Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
🕘 Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 6:00 Pm to 3:00 Am or 7:00 Pm to 4:00 Am
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

🔍 Role Requirements
->Minimum 6+ months experience in International Recruitment (US/Canada preferred)
->Good communication, Negotiation, and Screening skills
->Ability to excel in a Fast-Paced, Target-driven environment
->Comfortable with Night shift

📌 Key Responsibilities
->Source and Screen candidates for international clients
->Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit
->Coordinate with overseas hiring managers
->Maintain accurate Recruitment data and pipelines
->Ensure timely closures and support onboarding processes
->Deliver a Smooth and Professional candidate experience
