Ralecon is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Professional to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and strong knowledge of HR processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR MIS reports and performance records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software/tools & MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage HR operations independently.
