Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
Manage onboarding formalities, offer letters, and induction sessions for new hires.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain employee database.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and suggest engagement initiatives.
Performance & HR Operations
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records.
Manage HR documentation — offer letters, confirmation, exit formalities, etc.
Handle employee queries and support grievance redressal.
Experience in IT/technical recruitment (must).
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and attendance systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR tools and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
