Sales Coordination: Assist and monitor the field sales team, maintain daily sales reports, ensure target tracking, and support lead follow-ups.
HR Operations: Manage recruitment assistance, onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, employee record maintenance, and coordinate with the HR team.
Data Management: Organize and maintain company databases, update CRM and Excel reports, and handle backend data entry for sales, HR, and operations.
Administrative Support: Coordinate internal communications, schedule meetings, support cross-department tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations.
Reporting: Prepare and share timely operational and performance reports with management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in back office operations or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and HR systems is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
