We’re looking for a smart and confident Assistant Executive to handle customer communication and support operations in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage and monitor customer calls, resolve queries, and support operational coordination while ensuring a smooth client experience.

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Maintain call records and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Ensure seamless communication with clients
• Support day-to-day operational tasks

🔹 Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good computer and documentation skills
• Experience in customer support or call handling
