🎓 *Qualification*
* Graduate: 1–12 years BPO Voice experience
* HSC: 18 months–10 years BPO Voice experience

🕒 *Shift* Rotational/Night shifts | 9-hour shift | 6 days/week & weekends if required

*Key Responsibilities*
✅ Handle customer queries efficiently
✅ Meet SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT & Customer Experience targets
✅ Deliver excellent customer service
✅ Implement feedback and process updates

*Skills Required*
✔️ Excellent English communication
✔️ International Voice experience preferred (Freshers not eligible)
✔️ Team player with positive attitude
✔️ Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts

*Interview Process*
HR → V&A → OPS

*V&A Exemption (Fast Track):"*
* BPO1: Graduate + 12 months experience → Direct OPS
* BPOZ: HSC/Undergraduate + 18–24 months experience → Direct OPS
