Job Title: Customer Support Executive

About the Product (Callyzer):
Callyzer is a call monitoring and lead management software that helps businesses track team calls, manage leads, monitor employee performance, and improve productivity through detailed dashboards and analytics.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: In-office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide information about the product and services.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
