Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Wheelz Non-Voice Process. This role involves handling customer queries via chat and email, ensuring timely resolution and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Salary Structure
CL 12 – Apprenticeship: Up to ₹2.65 LPA (₹15,500 take-home)
CL 12 – Freshers (Regular): ₹2.65 LPA (₹16,200 + ₹2,000 MIV)
CL 12 – 6 Months Experience: ₹3.0 LPA (₹18,000 + ₹2,000 MIV)
CL 11 – 1 Year Experience: ₹3.50 LPA (₹22,800 + ₹2,000 MIV)

✔ UG / Graduates can apply
✔ Freshers are welcome
✔ Final-year students (No backlogs)
✔ Undergraduates with 6+ months experience eligible
❌ BE/B.Tech not eligible
