🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily
✔️ Assist customers with order cancellations, refunds, returns & payment- related queries
✔️ Deliver exceptional and empathetic customer service
✔️ Maintain high service quality and meet defined KPIs
✔️ Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in US shift (voice process)
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
✅ Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
