Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
•Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
• Resolve issues in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Skill Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Hindi (mandatory) & basic English for domestic process
• Fluent English for international process
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers patiently
Shift & Salary Details:
1. Domestic Process (Day Shift):
• Salary: ₹9,500 – ₹15,500
• Language: Hindi + Basic English
2. International Process (Night Shift):
• Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
• Language: Fluent English
