About Us

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and specifications.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees HR-related queries.
    • Provide support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Promote employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Assist with disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  3. Compensation & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
    • Ensure timely processing of payroll and maintenance of employee records related to compensation.
    • Conduct compensation analysis and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  4. Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.
    • Track employee development and performance metrics to enhance individual growth and organizational success.
    • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including appraisals.
  5. Compliance & Record Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Assist in audits related to HR processes and legal compliance.
  6. HR Systems & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update HR software and systems for employee records, attendance, and performance management.
    • Prepare reports related to HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics.
    • Support HR team with various administrative tasks and data entry.
  7. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
    • Organize employee welfare programs and wellness initiatives.
    • Assist in creating a positive work culture by coordinating team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
    • Encourage employee feedback through surveys and one-on-one interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, Payroll Systems).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
