🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

✅ Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

✅ Maintain and update HR records, spreadsheets, and internal databases.

✅ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and virtual team events.

✅ Assist with HR documentation, attendance, and other administrative tasks.

🔹 Who Can Apply

🎓 Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

🧩 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

💻 Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
