Next Big Technology is looking for a motivated HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and assist with payroll and attendance.
Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements.
Requirements:
0–5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus.
