We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about HR, employee engagement, and recruitment.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support in onboarding new hires.
Coordinate HR activities such as employee engagement and training.
Handle basic HR operations and documentation.
Assist in payroll and attendance management.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
0–1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and grow in HR field.
