Customer Support Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate (Night Shift) located in Indore. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, managing customer experience and relationships, conducting sales activities, and providing training.Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Training skills to train customers on our products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
