HR Executive-Performance Management

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in performance management, be proficient in using HRMS tools like Darwinbox, Compport, Keka, Workday etc, and possess strong MS Excel skills. This role involves optimizing workforce efficiency through data-driven insights and supporting HR processes to align with organizational goals.

Job Description:

• Support Performance Management Process:
• Coordinate and facilitate goal setting, periodic performance reviews and appraisals.
• Track progress on individual development plans and provide necessary support.
• Utilize HRMS and other tools to streamline performance management processes.
• Act as a point of contact for queries related to performance management.
• Provide training to managers and employees on the use of performance management systems.
• Support in the creation and evaluation of compensation frameworks.

• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Collect and Maintain performance data and generate reports for management.
• Analyze trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Other Skills:

o High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

o Experience with project management tools and compensation management tool is a plus.
