Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive Intern to support our recruitment operations. The role involves onboarding a minimum of 2 companies per month, conducting profile screening of candidates, and maintaining active communication with clients through WhatsApp groups.

Along with a performance-based stipend, interns will receive an additional bonus of ₹2,000–₹5,000 for exceeding monthly onboarding targets.

Responsibilities:

Onboard at least 2 new companies every month for recruitment partnerships.

Conduct profile screening to ensure candidates match client requirements.

Stay connected with onboarded clients via WhatsApp groups for smooth coordination.

Share updates with clients and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.

Support the recruitment process as needed to fulfill client hiring needs.

What You’ll Get:

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA/HR/Marketing/Business Development.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.

Comfortable using WhatsApp and maintaining professional communication.

Goal-oriented and consistent in meeting deadlines.

Commitment for the full 3-month internship.
