Zebu Share and Wealth Managements Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in the Bhopal market. The role involves promoting stock broking and wealth management products, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.
Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients through field sales, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Promote and sell financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, etc.
• Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, and initial handholding
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular engagement
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, RMS, Support) for smooth client servicing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, exchange rules, and SEBI regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
• Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred)
Experience:
• 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in stock broking / financial services preferred
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of financial markets
• Willingness to engage in field sales and relationship-driven business development
