About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, experience in client acquisition, and the ability to generate and convert leads for IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and government organizations.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Tech Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, Hardware Sales or Technology Solutions Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling IT Hardware, Software Solutions, Networking Products, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Services, CCTV, Biometric Systems, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
Experience in B2B sales and government/enterprise business development will be an added advantage.
