About the Role:
As a B2B Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting clients, generating leads, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves both field and non-field sales activities and requires strong communication, client handling, and business development skills.
Language : English ( Mandatory), Kannada , Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Stay updated on company products and services
✅ Research market trends and identify business opportunities
✅ Reach out to existing and prospective business clients
✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
✅ Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
✅ Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and business terms
✅ Represent the company in meetings and business events
✅ Track ongoing orders and maintain sales records
✅ Update sales reports and customer details regularly
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Business Development
Freshers: considered only if they have completed MBA (Marketing) OR Candidates with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and basic sales knowledge may also apply.
