  • Saturday working applicable only if targets are not met

💰 Salary:

  • Monthly Salary: Up to ₹40,000

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to drive B2C course enrollments
  • Set daily/weekly targets and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
  • Support the team with training, mentoring, and sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, ensuring pipeline health and lead conversions
  • Personally handle high-value leads and assist in closing key deals
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and streamline sales processes
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution plans

🧠 Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant inside sales experience in a B2C environment
  • Proven success in selling group coding/education courses or working in EdTech
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
  • Target-driven, with strong analytical and CRM skills
