Job role: Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, managing lead generation activities, and leading a team of inside sales professionals.

Reporting directly to the VP - Operations, you will oversee the entire inside sales function, ensure operational excellence, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
• Experience: 0.6 months– 6 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Shift: US Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM), 5 Days Working
• Cab Facilities Available

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum 0.6 months-6 years of relevant experience in US inside sales or SaaS sales.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the inside sales representative’s team.
• Set and track sales targets for your team Generating qualified leads for the Organization and passing to Business development team Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met Build an open-communication environment for your team.
• Liaise with Marketing department to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
• Working on scripts with team, making ongoing amendments as necessary.
• Identifying target contacts within potential customers.
• Leading and coaching a team of inside sales executives.
• Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide data quality checks to improve sales efficiency and act as a dedicated inside sales professional.
