Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide timely and responsive communication to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development activities.
