We are looking for a result-driven Tele Sales Executive who is confident on calls, understands client needs, and can convert leads into long-term clients.
🎯 Your Role
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with architects and interior designers
• Understand client requirements and pitch the right Wallarc solutions
• Handle sales objections and queries professionally
• Perform consistent follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
• Maintain proper lead updates in CRM / tracking sheets
• Work towards monthly revenue targets
📊 Performance Expectations
• Daily calls: 50–80 prospects
• Lead follow-ups: Daily structured follow-ups
• Target: Lead conversion and monthly revenue contribution

• Is confident speaking with professionals on calls
• Has strong communication & persuasion skills
• Is sales-driven and target oriented
• Can build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Has Tele-sales / B2B sales experience (preferred)
