Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement.

• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and captions.

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.

• Generate weekly/monthly social media performance reports.

• Support SEO and digital marketing activities when required.

Required Skills
