Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Generalist who can transform ideas into engaging content and help build a powerful digital presence across platforms. If you are passionate about Instagram, understand LinkedIn trends, spot viral content early, and enjoy creating impactful content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.

• Create engaging content, captions, reels, and post concepts.

• Coordinate with design and video teams for content execution.

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience engagement.

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.

• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts for branding and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content.

• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva and content editing tools is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and storytelling.
