Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Present company products/services to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM systems
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
