Job Description

Viable Outsource Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting software such as Tally.

Location: Noida Sector 63

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Mon-Fri)

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle TDS filing, deduction, and claim processes
Monitor payment thresholds applicable for TDS deductions
Prepare and file GST returns accurately within timelines
Manage invoicing and billing activities
Process payroll and maintain salary records
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations
Work on Tally and other accounting software for daily accounting operations
Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation
Strong knowledge of GST filing and TDS compliance
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and invoicing
Good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet preparation
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Delhi NCR or nearby locations will be preferred
