ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

📍 Location: Andheri East Mumbai
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
💰 Salary: ₹6.5 – ₹9 LPA
🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Alternate Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team
• Review, process, and approve vendor invoices and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and invoice discrepancies
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships and resolve payment issues
• Oversee payment processing through bank transfers, cheques, etc.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance
• Prepare AP ageing, cash-flow, and payment reports
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and reconciliations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Ensure compliance with accounting laws, standards, and company policies

✅ Mandatory Requirements
• B.Com / BAF or equivalent qualification
• 5–7 years of experience in UK / International / Indian Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years in an Accounts Payable Manager / Managerial role
• Must have managed a team of 3+ members
• Strong knowledge of UK or International Accounting preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar accounting software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
