Relationship Associate – Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Associate – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Acquire new clients for Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
