Job Title: Conflict Analyst

📍 Location: Porvorim, Goa

⏰ Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

💰 Salary: ₹4.2 – ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Perform new matter and new party conflict searches using internal databases.

Conduct corporate genealogy and background research through commercial databases and public records.

Identify potential conflicts of interest and risk factors and prepare clear summaries for attorneys.

Maintain accurate documentation of searches and research findings.

Coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, and internal teams to ensure timely responses and compliance.

Requirements:

LLB (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) – Mandatory

2+ years litigation experience OR 3+ years conflicts/risk/compliance experience

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
