Job Title: Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who can find clients through social media and freelancing platforms, communicate with them, and close deals. This is a commission-based role – you earn a percentage on every closed client.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.

• Communicate with clients via chat/call to understand requirements.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi).

• Basic knowledge of IT services (websites, apps, UI/UX).

• Sales and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation:

• Purely commission-based (percentage per closed client).
