Job Description

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound
calls, emails, and lead-generation strategies & various marketing
channels, Partners, references & self.
Understand client requirements and confidently present factoHR
product solutions.
Conduct product demos and explain features with clarity and logic.
Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and
customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless on-boarding and client
satisfaction.
Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and activity logs.
Responsible for utmost customer satisfaction and resolve all
customer issues in assigned area of operation with minimum
escalations.
Responsible for achieving Sales of existing and new products in the
assigned market and achieve company goals and objectives.Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
Strong logical reasoning and understanding of tech-based solutions.
Powerful convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Confident presentation and client engagement abilities.
Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to work in a fast-paced
environment.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
